Nathaniel Lacktman is a partner and chair of Foley & Lardner’s national Telemedicine & Digital Health Industry Team. He advises entrepreneurial health care providers and technology companies on business arrangements, compliance, and corporate matters, with particular attention to telehealth, digital health, and health innovation. Lacktman is the 2019 recipient of the American Telemedicine Association’s Champion Award, which recognizes significant contributions and advocacy for public policy changes that open payment support and provide regulatory pathways for telemedicine and digital health. Lacktman holds a seat on the American Board of Telehealth’s advisory board, and he is chair of the American Telemedicine Association’s (ATA) Business & Finance Group. He also serves on the ATA’s Policy Council. Lacktman has contributed to Politico, NPR, Modern Healthcare, Forbes, Fox News, Bloomberg, Reuters, Huffington Post, MobiHealthNews, Wired, Inside Counsel, BuzzFeed, HealthIntelligence, and Information Week, among others.

Mike Billings, PT, DHSc, MS, CEEAA, Chief Innovation Officer, Avamere Health Services

Mike Billings has been in the health care industry since 1991 with a focus on older adult rehab for most of his career. Billings co-founded Infinity Rehab, an Avamere Family company, in 1999, and assumed the role of President in 2010. As President, he oversaw all operations for over 225 contracts in 15 states and 2,300 employees. Billings currently serves as Chief Innovation Officer at Avamere Health Services. His extensive experience in organizational development and leadership gives him insight into building a culture of innovation. Billings has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) since 1992 and a member of the American Telemedicine Association (ATA) since 2013. Mike has held board level positions in the Oregon Physical Therapy Association, the National Association for the Support of Long Term Care (NASL), and the National Association of Rehabilitation Providers and Agencies (NARA). He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Oregon, a Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Duke University, and his Doctor of Health Sciences degree in Leadership and Organizational Behavior from A.T. Still University.

Katherine Chemodurow Kelley, MD, Senior Medical Director, LifeStance Health

Dr. Kelley is the Senior Medical Director at LifeStance Health. A board-certified psychiatrist practicing since 2011, Kelley continues to care for patients and serve in a national leadership role at LifeStance Health. She is one of two Senior Medical Directors overseeing 2,000 LifeStance clinicians nationwide. Previously, Kelley served as the Medical Director of Telemedicine at Pacific Coast Psychiatric Associates. Melynda Barnes, MD, SVP Medical Affairs and Research, Ro

Melynda Barnes Oussayef, MD, is the SVP of Medical Affairs and Research at Ro. She leads clinical research, quality and safety, and clinical strategy for new conditions.
